Delivery and Returns
Generally speaking orders received before mid-day will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Mondays or in the case of bank holidays, the next working day.
UK orders below £15 will be sent by Royal Mail Packet Post 2nd Class. If required orders over £15 can be sent by Royal Mail Recorded / tracked delivery and this option is provided at point of purchase.
Deliveries can take up to 5 days although should be expected within 3 working days.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you have selected the correct shipping method before checking out. We will not be held responsible if standard/non tracked is selected, we will process all non deliveries according to royal mails terms and conditions.

Non faulty items may be returned to us providing:
We are contacted via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the goods giving us notice of your intent to return them.
Goods must be returned within 7 days.
The original receipt which you received with your order must be enclosed with the product being returned.
Goods must be unused, with the original packaging, undamaged, all parts intact and in a saleable condition.
The buyer is liable for the return p&p of the goods.
Postage is non refundable on return of goods for incorrectly ordered/change of mind.
Faulty items can be returned for exchange or refund.
Please ensure that the goods are returned with the original packaging along with your sales receipt so we can deal with the exchange/refund promptly.
Upon receipt of the goods, once having been examined and deemed faulty, not damaged or misused by the purchaser a refund or exchange will be issued without delay.
